Colorado Quantum Incubator wins $500K for open-access photonic testing facility

The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade approved a $500,000 grant for the Colorado Quantum Incubator to fund PICACTs, a new open-access photonic testing facility. CU Boulder is leading the project with Colorado State University, Colorado School of Mines and Elevate Quantum.
